Since our establishment in 2004, Zhejiang Junwen Special Material Co., Ltd. has been a leading manufacturer specializing in the research, development, and production of high-quality stainless steel seamless tubes. We are recognized as a National Hi-tech Enterprise (awarded 2011) and operate the Zhejiang Clean Stainless Steel Tube Technology and R&D Center, established in 2012 with local government support.

Zhejiang Junwen Special Material Co., Ltd is a high-qualified stainless steel tube corporation. We specializing in R&D and production of the stainless steel seamless tubes of minor diameter and stainless steel seamless coiled tubes.

Our Core Products:

  * Seamless Stainless Steel Coiled Tubes --Maximum length 2000 meters per coil.

  * Stainless Steel Seamless Precision Tubes -- BA, MP, EP Tubes, OD. 3~25.4mm, WT: 0.71 ~3mm.

  * Material(Steel grade): Austenitic, Duplex steel, Nickel alloy, Precipitation-hardening Steels, Hastelloy, etc.

The company has 110 staff and covers an area of 23 thousand square meters, 10 thousand of which is the standard factory. At the beginning, the company produced the sanitary stainless steel pipe applicable to the industry of food, beer and medicine etc. The length of stainless steel seamless tubes in minor diameter is around 3-6.1meters, and the length of stainless steel seamless pipe could reach about 2000 meters. The straight tubes are mainly exported to semiconductor corporations of instrument control system, LCD panel and solar panel for transporting gas. Coiled tubes are used on the pipeline of heat-exchangers, fluid equipment and LNG, and they are also suitable for the hydraulic control pipeline of oilfield drilling platform and ships, etc.

We have many advanced production equipments, two sets 60# cold-rolling mills, two sets 30# cold-rolling mills, six sets 20# cold-rolling mills, four sets muffle tube bright annealing furnaces, 20 sets cold-draw pipe machines in various sizes, 20 sets internal and external polishing machines, ultrasonic cleaner and eddy current flaw detector,etc.
